A story of survival, authenticity, and hope
I’ll be briefly sharing about my life and how my lived experience may help others navigate difficult times. My story holds pain, resilience, and the kind of honesty that reminds people they are not alone.
Sometimes survival begins with being seen. Sometimes healing begins with hearing someone say the quiet part out loud. My hope is that my words meet people wherever they are and offer even a little strength.
