Our expertise includes delivering training in cutting-edge topics such as artificial intelligence, public health, biology, and data analysis. We help organizations interpret complex data, enabling informed decisions that drive meaningful change. Additionally, we specialize in public speaking and project contracting, equipping individuals and organizations with the tools they need to thrive in today’s dynamic world.
We proudly collaborate with current partners such as Health Impact Ohio (HIO) and the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) to develop innovative programs that address pressing public health challenges. Previously, we’ve partnered with impactful organizations like Mozaic (Equitas Health) to further our mission of fostering inclusive and equitable communities. About Shuayb (Jet)
Shuayb, also known as Jet, is a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) from the Ohio Board of Nursing and holds a bachelor’s degree in Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology (EEOB) from The Ohio State University. They blend a strong academic foundation with lived experiences as a nonbinary individual to champion inclusivity and understanding. Their transformative journey reflects a deep commitment to creating spaces where every story is valued and diversity is celebrated.
Currently, Jet serves as the Community Health and Wellness Coordinator at ETSS Tewahedo Social Services (ETSS), where they lead initiatives that empower immigrants, refugees, and underserved communities. Jet’s work focuses on managing and coordinating grants, organizing outreach events, and advancing community mental health and wellness programs.
Jet’s academic achievements are a testament to their dedication and excellence. They were the valedictorian for the Central Ohio Pathways HUB CHW Certification Program from Health Impact Ohio (HIO). Following their graduation from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology (EEOB), Jet was honored for their academic success with an officially signed and stamped document from the General Assembly of the State of Ohio House of Representatives, sponsored by Representative David Leland of House District 22.
